                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO
                   ENTER INTO AN EXTENDED AGREEMENT WITH
                   MANAGED HEALTHCARE CONCEPTS, INC., RELATIVE
                   TO SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED IN THE EMPLOYEE
                   BENEFITS DIVISION, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO
                   EXCEED SIX THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($6,000.00).
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into an
       extended Agreement with Managed Healthcare Concepts, Inc. for
       services to be performed within the Employee Benefits Division 
for
       an amount not to exceed $6,000.00.
